Notice how about half of those say "campaign" instead of recall? That means that no official recall was ordered for the Focus on those issues. A service bulletin was sent out to Ford service advisors and those issues were fixed on a need basis if a customer complained about a certain issue. Unlike the first wheel bearing recall where most Foci were affected, these "campaigns" only affected a small percentage and did not warrant a full recall.

 

Anyone care to look at the statistics of other vehicle the yar around?

There, I broke it down for everyone who doubts the little car. I only sold mine because I didn't like car payments. Looking back on it, I kinda wish I hadn't because 210 dollars a month was really good and the car would swallow a 32" TV set in the box. It wasn't the fastest thing out there, but was enjoyable nontheless.

 

honda qualty and engineering is far superior to any domestic.

 

what do you expect from a ford

 

i know its faster than a 93 civic ex....my girl has one

 

seen it run 17.7 at the track slow or bad driver.
