Looking to get a car that has been sitting for a few years titled, last owner is out of state, title got lost. Looking for company to do paperwork for proceedure TL 26, and get me title. Would prefer to keep car in hand, so work can continue over the 35 days, but thats all negotiable, because i dont need anyone doing anything other than by the book. It would help me, but dont wanan get anyone in a jam. Give me a PM if you know anyone, would prefer to pay after you recieve title, but can maybe do like 50/50.
