In all seriousness. I don't expect them to know it all. But the computer IN FRONT OF THEM is giving them ALL the info they need with the part numbers. What should he have done? Pulled the parts himself? Come on man, sometimes shit just happens. Don't get all pissed about it. It's was someone else's fuck up, not yours.
