Okay. For the rolling eyes I got I'd re-vote for stripping that rolling cinder block down, backhalving it for a tub job, put in a full pro-stock type cage, chuck that oily turd in the engine compartment off of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge hopefully hitting a Chinese merchant ship, toss all the interior pieces into a pile then setting it all on fire after dowsing them with gasoline, bolt the original rims up to walls on the front and back of the house to wind up the water hoses, cut off the glasspack mufflers and use them as windchimes on the porch, and now I'm out of ideas. Ah, let's rename the title of this thread "I'm one of you guys now........to an extent."
You think an engine / drivetrain swap is a "ton of work?" Looks like you have a lot more work ahead of you trying to get that rust stain off the front bumper and removing that hideous (just from looking at the pictures) window tint job.
Awsome you're keeping the car, but for value? C'mon! Value? So you intend this as an investment car instead of keeping it for the long haul and for the hobby of tinkering with them?
One of us? I say NOT! We MODIFY shit here. Irreversible mods rule! FXXX value.
Now go look for a set of Weld Prostars for that thing and make it look mean to save it from its dullness.
