Dude dont be a douche... yes 1000#'s will make a difference in a car.. if you take a 300hp fwd and a 300hp rwd with the same weight the rwd will ALWAYS be quicker... ALWAYS!.. Therefore the ruling on the field still stands and you're charged with 1 time out..
