LS1 becuase it's the cheapest , more readily availible , and very potent. I like all of the LS series smallblock v8's , but they didn't offer them in very many decent cars (i like the 4th gen camaro's especially the 30th anniv camaro , white with orange stripes , and the 5spoke ZR-1-like wheels. Although these didn't have a ls1 the lt1 is still a pretty potent engine, just love the way these camaros look.) aside from the camaro, and the vette.
