What the hell would Toyota do though...all they do is not ruin specific stuff, but havent been remotely performance oriented forever, and with that new old guy running stuff (whos doing a good job, but still will not have anything to do with 'oomph')..
Bleh, whatever. Maybe they got pissed off that Alfa Romeo went a bit too far on their styling and are imediatly converting it back to a more Scooby style

Yup. I know a guy who knows a guy who said the Corvair is coming back with a liquid cooled Porsche-based flat 6 turbo in 2008.
See how easy it is to make stuff up? The MkIV Supra wasnt announced until 3 monthes before it showed up; people thought they'd be getting a 1993 MkIII over here. Toyota isnt a very leaky company.
