Ok i went muddin a couple of weeks ago and got some water in the engine. no biggie, then afterwards it started to mis fire. so i was rompin on it and then it made a little noise not sure on the noise because i didnt hear it.well now it started to have a little knock and blow alot of white smoke out of the driver side exhaust. so i went and replaced the head gaskets and rod bearings because 1 was spun. started the truck back up and still doing the same thing with the smoke and missing but no more knock. what would cause the smoke if i have brand new head gaskets on? im lost
