my favorite is just good old rubbing compound that i get from the detail supplier with a couple terry or microfiber towels and wax them afterwards
i personally have never used Eagle One's Never Dull, although we have a can at the shop. i might give it a shot next time.
here are my wheels after i got the car and i detailed it. the wheels were never really cleaned beyond the guy washing them. sorry i dont have a before, but you get the idea
