Any suggestions?

a really good rubbing compound works the best

if you cant get any, then rubbing alchol and steel wool (no, it wont scratch your wheels unless the chrome is chipping)

the last thing on the list is mothers chrome polish in the blue can works ok, or anything of the sort brand wise as long as its a good name brand

wenol is supposed to work good also

Would that be like using Eagles One's-Never Dull? I've got a can of that and use it on my bumpers. I'm not sure how to explain it, but it's like a wad of cotton thats treated and you pull it apart and wipe the chrome. It leaves a film and you buff it w/ a towel after to get the shine. It works good.

I use the mothers polish also on tough spots, maybe try it w/ a buffing wheel if there that bad.

my favorite is just good old rubbing compound that i get from the detail supplier with a couple terry or microfiber towels and wax them afterwards

i personally have never used Eagle One's Never Dull, although we have a can at the shop. i might give it a shot next time.

here are my wheels after i got the car and i detailed it. the wheels were never really cleaned beyond the guy washing them. sorry i dont have a before, but you get the idea
