i didnt realise we were under a parts conservation effort, and needed to so strictly ration parts.
Doesn't make sense? Do you know remedial math? $100 for stock headgasket and head bolts. $250 for a cometic headgasket and studs. Figure it out. $250 does not equal $100. And for a motor that isn't getting boost (it if is, I already said to disregard the post), stock is more than adequate replacement.
And the parts conservation quip was a joke. Apparently alot is lost on you.
