theres has to be another solution to this. cuz its not suppose to happen. im going to try and change the thermostat, radiator cap, and flush out the whole radiator or just replace it to see if thats the problem. i only have one fan running on the car, and its been like that for yrs, so i dont think another fan will help. but ill let you know what i find out too.
