What fuel pump are you running?
Also, is that a meth kit or something you´ve setup on your own? I´m putting one together since I didn´t like any of the kits. What % mix are you running? What protection against running high boost, but no meth did you setup?

I too thought it was SS mani. Mine ran with no problems and it was braced like yours. I told everyone who didn´t like it when I had it ¨too bad¨ I did change it when I went with a heavier turbo.
