If your tie rods and LCA's are not at the same angle,
AND/OR
your tie rods (from pivot to pivot) are not the exact same length as your LCA's (from pivot to pivot) then your car does indeed have bumpsteer.
However imperceptable it may be, it is there.
In fact designing a properly functioning sportscar suspension with ackerman and good camber angles, WITHOUT BUMPSTEER is nearly IMPOSSIBLE.
