i think it has to do with all the idiots speeding around and dying lately. i guess everyone forgot they were wearing their helmets and still died anyway.

don't ride like a dick, and you significantly lower your risk of getting injured. can't account for the other fucktards on the road, but it can't hurt to not be one of them.

my thought is, shut the fuck up and ride! we let the government get too involved in every day activities.
