It should but to be sure go find the factory specs on the internet that will tell you if the are the same. If i'm not mistaken i believe they are 43mm fork tubes. You could also call a dealer and find out the part numbers for the 2 years. If the numbers are the same then they parts are the same. However, keep in mind that even though they don't have the same part number does not necessarily exclude them from working on a different model they were not intended for. And don't just take the shmuck at the parts counters word for it. Make sure they actually cross reference the part numbers. Parts guys think they know everything, but reality says otherwise.

Next stop is ebay....shouldn't be very expensive for a complete front end. You moght want to take some measurments to figure out just what it is you really need for the bike.
