check your ignitor they fry alot its happen to me twice if it has a good cap and rotor and new plugs and wires and its getting fuel that could be the only other thing assuming every thing else is wired correctly etc.

only takes 3 things for your motor to fire. you can check to see if its sparking by pulling one of your plugs out and sticking a bare plug in it or a screwdriver and setting it against somthing metal you will see a spark jump.
