Obviously Jon did something to piss some people off. On several occasions I went in there myself, and couldn't help feeling like I was being a bother to people that worked there.

These people that are complaining are spending money in your shop, paying YOUR salary, and you call them dumb F****? Thats poor taste. I was getting ready to spend some more money there within the next month, but now, FORGET ABOUT IT, and I'm sorry I have ever done business there in the first place. I first went to your place to buy my 03 wrx, they told me that 24,000 was the cheapest I could ever buy my wrx for. I wen't to fitzgerald and paid 22,100, and got more add-ons. I have never really had a great experience from your shop.
