You can be sure it won't be driven....since it only drives in reverse.
Eventually I'll get the pan off and see if something looks hung up.

Something is definitely wrong, but I don't know enough about the inner workings of a Glide to tell you where to look. Either way it sounds like the tranny needs to come out of the car so I wouldn't go trying to drive it anywhere and fuck up a tranny that is becoming rare.
