If you launch it properly (an art form in and of itself) you should have no problems. Side stepping the clutch at 6K RPM is what will give you problems. There should be no drivetrain problems at a 1.8 60 level launch. Its when you start getting into the low 1.6s high 1.5 then its a problem. A mild street launch is more than enough needed for alot of street cars. Were talking about being on the other side of the intersection before the FWD even has its rear tires across the start line my man. I think you need a ride in one to understand. Bring you ass to the picnic you lazy bastard. Im sure we can get a ride in one for you.
