On a side note, don't go up there trying to drag your knee in the first session, it will come back to bite you(trust me) Go out work on your lines, body postion, and general comfort level. If your knee touches, it touches no big deal. Remember you don't have to drag knee to be fast. It doesn't matter if you're 400lbs on a 250 if your comfortable and having fun you'll go faster. It's not a fashion contest so a fat guy in a little coat is ok.
