I agree I look at it this way if you die at the age of 25 due to not wearing a seatbelt in a car accident the government has just lost lots of tax dollars. BUT if you die slowly while smoking something that you pay taxes on while you pay all your other taxes cha~ching for the government. I think if they are out for our best interests and health they would ban smoking anything.

How is burning a flag protesting in the first place. If you want to protest someones actions like Bush burn his picture, not the flag that represents ALL OF US. The flag has more to do with the people who make up this great country than it's leaders. If you feel this country has betrayed you so much that burning a flag is the last resort, just LEAVE.
I'm not trying to get in a pissing match with you. I respect YOUR views, all I'm trying to get across is that we are letting the people who run this country over run us with dumb laws. PROTECT EVERYONE EQUALLY There is so much that is hypocritical in this law system it's ridiculous.......
