relays in the fans go first, but make sure that your certain the fans arent coming on because thats kind of a rare occurance.. there should be i believe 3 relays in the fuse box.. the fans have two speeds and your either gonna have the speed relay portion out which will cause the fans to either run on high or low speed only, or else one of the fans relays is just out.. i could seriously write a book on things that can go wrong with lt1 fan relays (which is why i hardwired my fans to the ACCY so they were always on...)
Well it only gets hot while sitting in traffic, so I'm assuming the fans aren't coming on. I'm gonna plug my laptop into the OBD port and watch the temp sensor while it idles. What temp does the fan(s) come on? Doesn't one fan come on while the AC is on?
