yeah, time for a rebuild. get some eagle rods and check your pistons and get new bearings and rings and get your heads service. when you get the block vatted, light honed and balanced.
don't take chances with Jspec VG30's. importers don't check them out as much as SRs. i have seem many a horror story about Jspecs.
sure it may take a few extra bucks, but you will know it's all new and clean.
when i rebuit mine it was about 1500 for all the new parts and Mech work. and i re-built and installed it myself.
