Once stage 3 went on the temps went down big time. The intake now runs 80 degrees f crusing on a 75-80 degree day and under heavy load we where never able to get the temps any higher than 115 dregrees f. I will look at the data logs and make sure what i remember is accurite but i am fairly sure those are the numbers. All this threw the stock intercooler. Ohh with stage 3 also comes the intercooler sprayer so the temps will never get very high.
Add water / alcohol injection and the intake temps could be at or under ambiant temps. There are a couple of people running Mopar stage 3 with water / alcohol injection that are able to get the temps and burn rate low enough to run high octane mode with 93 or 100 gas. That means race gas speed paying water prices. Good stuff.
