well i have been helping a friend here in mobile with his o4 S2k, he just got the full Vortech blower kit, with additional injector module and aftercooler. kit wasnt too bad to install, and overall a good bolt on!
baseline with the blower=290.7
after a lil tuning by me and a buddy=317.4
not too bad, could only make minor adjustments thru the cartech FMU, from vacuum to boost and while in boost, so until the AEM comes in were stuck
he had a BRICK WALL flat spot right before vtec crossover( a loss of 50 hpfor about 1000rpms), where it looked like he ran the low profile lobe completely out of power, and vtec transition was just too high, i have his graph on the video but i will put it up later
i think with the AEM EMS, and some cam gears we dial oput some of the overlap and get some more power out of it
**this is also 1 of 10 new DYNOJET dynos which can control load and many other new features, its real nice**
