Default Ignition Coil Bad?

I finished swapping the del Sol with an H22A. Motor turns but does not start. Checked for spark, no spark. I read on honda-tech to check the distributer and coil. I checked the primarys on the coil and they ran 1.0 ohms of resistance. I then checked the secondary. Secondarys read at 9.9k ohms. The helms manual I have is for a single cam, but it shows that the primary should run between .6 and .8 and the secondarys should read between 12.8k and 19.2k. This means the coil is out of range and should be replaced. My question is, are the ranges for the single cam the same for the h22a distributer? Do you guys think the coil is bad? I also have plenty of fuel going in. Any other things you think I should check? Thanks.
