Is it lying if you say you run say 9s on 93 octane when you also use the help of alcohol or is it honest but just not the full truth.

If I say "i run 9.65 on 93octane" and dont tell you i use alcohol injection or anything like that, am I false advertising. Isn't it like building a title on a false/deceptive statement.
