FL Labor Laws and preliminary questions.
This will stay in this chat and will not go anywhere outside of this,...
Hello guys, first and foremost before I decide if it worth to check with an attorney I wanted to ask you guys the following questions specially the more mature crowd
Scenario A
Working over 90 hours every 2 weeks, overtime is not being paid. Is that against FL labor laws ?
Scenario B
After 8 hours of work you are required to have at least 30 minutes of lunch minimum ?
Scenario C
Let's say you are worked for over 100 hours every 2 weeks for the past 2 months, not being paid any sort of overtime and not given any lunch breaks by your employer.
Is this something even worth to bring to an attorney of law ?
