I gave them 4 chances to correct their problem and they did nothing but try to push it on to the chip manufacturer who tried doing their best but I was ready to move on til they started it back up again I will not attack anyone but I will defend myself when provoked.and ramsey's didnt have to remove it. it was left out by the previous shop.notice I am not mentioning any names only those who have done good work. btw the chip manufacturer said to take the chip back to the original shop for a refund and repurchase it from ramsey's but I chose not to do so just to spend my future dollars elsewhere,I have not unjustly slammed anyone. I dropped it, even wished them luck and said God Bless them, what else do you want? I was the victim here! not the other shop.I'm done with them and will no longer speak their name or give them publicity negative or positive.It is over as far as I am concerned.if other people have problems so be it. CONSIDER THIS A DEAD ISSUE.
