ok found out what was wrong combo of a fuel pump a little on the weak side and the 511 code was being thrown because a "undisclosed FORD specialty SPEED shop" chaffed my power wire to my ECU when they pulled it out and left it hanging, this is the reason it started right after my last program being burned it didnt show on the dyno because it was stationary but when the chassis moved it caused it to ground out on the chassis. this is why it happened when I took off and at every shift.so it was undetectable by dyno tuning. oh well learned my lesson to go to the teacher not the hard headed student with poor buisness skills.(I have mentioned no names so there is no reason to lock this thread.)
