Good explanation. I thought that the Avalon was "based" off of the Camry platform, not necessarily identicle, but I wasnt sure enough. I am not at all surprised that Toyota uses the same chassis for many of their vehicles...after all, it cant be such a bad chassis if the most popular car in the world has it

Not to mention it saves money from having to develop a new chassis, which may be partially why a similarly equipped Sienna is a bit less than an Odyseey.
I would also like to point out that the fastest current production Toyota is the Highlander Hybrid
