But it does have the vtec solenoid.....its right where u said but its on like a little bracket shit with like 3 bolts that hold it on. Then on top of that it has like transister looking thing, like something out of radio. With a little green cirlce connector with 2 pins. There is also a very small wire that looks black and white with the same kinda pins.
