but, this is another case of not-my-fault- people not taking responsibility for their own actions. if the girl was riding bitch, its HER responsibility to check if the bike is covered by insurance, and HER responsibility to ensure that she is covered by her own insurance if the rider isnt covered. she accepted the consequences of not checking for insurance and the inherent danger by putting her ass in the seat.
