"Fast" and reliable. Mod cheap, mod twice.

I use "fast" in quotes because for a 16 year old I'd say its fast. Theres not much that isnt fast for someone whos 16. Also its not "fast" because I estimate my HP from being 280rwhp to 340rwhp...I have no idea, I'm not going to overshoot it too far, I'm not going to brag when I havent taken it out or I have little things to work out still.
