Things happen in racing. A couple years ago Biaggi did it to Rossi and nothing happened then. It wasnt an intenional bad move. You can clearly see his foot coming off the peg. Sete cut wide then tight, and Rossi cut tight then wide. It's just racing man.
Oh by the way, the club I belong to does not have a racing subforum on our website. We do not have all the race highlights as well as the complete race posted, so if you missed the race, dont go there to check it out. We also do not have some kick ass pics from the race that would make good desktops. So dont visit our forum.
