There is a common misconception when people refer to things such as "Bay new 9", or "8 on your side" . In order for you to do anything / get their help you must first submit a letter to them, and then proceed to jump through tons of hoops. This is over a matter of several weeks and in some cases MONTHS. This is an issue that needs a quick resolution.
