Damn Ryan I'm sorry to hear about that, I told you to watch those bastards. They jacked my ass once hard and to the right. Will never do business there again. I hope you get it worked out, i'd call The Bartow Chamber of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau, hell call Bay News 9!!!

 

There is a common misconception when people refer to things such as "Bay new 9", or "8 on your side" . In order for you to do anything / get their help you must first submit a letter to them, and then proceed to jump through tons of hoops. This is over a matter of several weeks and in some cases MONTHS. This is an issue that needs a quick resolution. Not trying to discourage you from doing this just making you aware that it is not as simple as just pick up a phone and bang your on the news.

see i was going to do it myself but i only had 4,000 miles on my clutch and i called ford and they said if it failed they would warranty it... all i signed a paper that authorized them to inspect the problem, i didnt authorize them to make the repairs.. the ford service rep called and told me the clutch was bad and they were going to replace the clutch,pressureplate,throwout bearing and resurface the flywheel....he never said i had to pay for it over the phone, so when i get there to pick it up bamm!!! $890.94.......im not paying for something that failed, plus i didnt authorize them to fix it.

 

I know what you mean man. Id be kicking some ass right about now. I cant believe they are trying to do this sh-t to you, I thought they were (#1 in customer satisfaction) I guess they are just a bunch of crooks.

 

I know of other people that have been screwed by Bartow Ford, even back when they were at the old location.
