it haD nothing to do with the amp or the wireing or the grounds, it was the shitty rca's sony uses in the wire harness for the ps2. unhooked it and the noise went away. the lanzar amp pushes alot of poewer but the sq is crap. im still looking for a new/used amp let me know if anyones got a decient one for cheep
