get paperwork on the engine to prove mileage for starters, get the lsd with it, its obd1 so ecu should be set except for your vtec (rpm activated switch, or wire it to a shift light on tach). i believe that engine will drop in with no mounts since it came out of the same car but id recommend u contact someone about that...i think youll need an adjustable shift linkage (HCP engineering, Hasport, PlaceRacing make one?) modify the axles to fit shouldnt be too hard. make sure its the COMPLETE HARNESS not cut. might want to upgrade the radiator(fluidyne or one out of a del sol)...switch out the parts so u just gettin a clean start...belts, water pump, dist cap&rotor, thermostat, etc.
