yeah pretty much the way it works is you walk in with like $500.oo bux and leave the cacr and you get Neptuned' and thats about it. but when you are 780gazillion miles away and something needs to be changed cause you added a part, or the humidity, or temp drops 30 degrees, youre screwed in da' but.
even when i moved to alabama, it was a 40 degree difference from the weather i tuned in, my IAT would NOT compensate for that much drop in hondata, soooo my car ran like shit. but atleast i would be able to change it if i wanted to.
like ALPHA said, there is only 1 dealer in florida right now..............1
so if you live in tallahasee have fun on the 4-5 hour drive to orlando to get it re tuned!
with sooo many other options in that price range, i would do other things, i have seen used AEM-EMS's for like 800 bux, buy a cheap ass laptop and you are damn near done. no romulator, no burner, none of that, no chips, no nothing. DONE!
dont get me wrong i love my hondata, it works for what I want to do with my car, its perfect for my situation, (up until this year) you could only push 28psi of boost, so hondata users were limited to 28psi, with AEM you could use 42 or so psi of boost, so alot of guys switched over to that.
although i am NOT bashing neptune, it seems to be great software, i just choose a different route, thats the best thing about this country, we can do what we want!
