You're not accurate at all...
D15b's have a 9.2:1 C/R. They also have nearly the same exact rods as the D16z6, only difference is they have utilize a smaller journal bearing on the crankshaft. And being that they are 1.5's, they have a 3mm shorter stroke, which gives them a better a R/S ratio then all other D series engines and most other B series engines (minus the B17a). Thus, techinally speaking, a d15b would be better for boost and high revs then all other D series engines.
