yeh defs. even tho they have low 9.5:1 compression, they are still very weak. ive read alot of my honda/acura books and they say the only d-series rods that can actually handle over 200+hp w/ large amounts of boost are the d16a/zc rods....which you can get a whole block at cophers for $99. then take em somewhere to get cleaned up...shotpeend etc. and dont spend shit loads of money on aftermarket pistons/rods.
