Default Ford customer service my ass.....

So I'm surfing Ford.com with my parents. They want me to buy a new Focus, it's cheap, super economical and can hold its own in the Auto-X (Just ask Alan). Since I will be doing a lot of commuting to school and I'm just plain tired of 10-11 MPG in my truck and the Camaro, I put in my request for what I want. A Mineral Grey ZX3 power premium 5-speed w/sunroof. It automatically sends my request to Bill Currie Ford. I was told in an automatic e-mail response that I was gauranteed a call in 2 days. I did this Sunday night. Low and behold, it's now Tuesday night and I haven't heard from Bill Currie. Now you guys know I'm a die hard Moparite, however, 18k is a tad bit much for a Neon R/T. Nothing GM has even remotely interests me and I would NEVER go to the dark side...My good friend and co-worker bought a new focus in February and he loves it. I drove it around this weekend when I got here and I really liked the car. It was fun to drive and that hydrolic clutch was oh so nice But ya know, I'm a bit pissed. I would have at least expected a courtesy "Hi, I'm busy and will call you when I can talk to you" call from the dealer. I'm thinking a call to corporate and a little whining might get me a little "incentive" to buy a new Ford vehicle, what do you guys think?? My dad has always been a Ford guy and there is a new (well it's got 11k miles on it already) ford e-150 van sitting in my driveway. It's only about 6 months old, it's my dad's store's delivery van. So I can play both cards, I can say not only am I a repeat Ford customer (my dad) but I personally am a new Ford customer and could just as easily go down and buy that R/T Neon. What do you guys think?? So far I'm not impressed with Ford's customer satisfaction, but if I was to be bribed, I could very easily change that view
