All the questions you've asked can be answered with a little bit of research and more importanly suited to you specifically. Call your insurance company and get a quote. Insurance is going to vary a lot depending on your provider, coverage, age, and driving record. Too many variables to compare with what others are paying.
Tickets - That all depends whether or not you drive like an ass. LOL Cops don't just give out tickets for driving a sports car. I've never even been pulled over in my WRX.
Your monthly payment is totally dependent on how much the financed price, interest rate, and term of the car loan are. Again this can vary greatly from person to person. Just use a payment calculator. I believe Mastro has one on their website.
