He has the same r/s as the LS, with a better flowing vtec head and a higher reving motor. 400 to 400....probably about 18-20psi with the LS boost and 14-16psi with the ls-vtec. This is a stupid debate. Go with the ls/vtec setup. It will make more power, rev higher and be a better choice in your car CJ.
