Default eliminate air pockets out of coolant/operating temps

whats the best way to get rid of the air pockets in the coolant? Also, what are the sr's normal operating temps? My autometer water temp gauge reads 195. Is that cool? Today it went up to like 205 - 210. But i tried to leave the car on without the radiator cap for a while and i massaged the radiator lines a little bit lol. Went out and ran it and it stayed at around 195. Anyone knows of a better way to get these air pockets out?
