eliminate air pockets out of coolant/operating temps
whats the best way to get rid of the air pockets in the coolant? Also, what are the sr's normal operating temps? My autometer water temp gauge reads 195. Is that cool? Today it went up to like 205 - 210. But i tried to leave the car on without the radiator cap for a while and i massaged the radiator lines a little bit lol. Went out and ran it and it stayed at around 195. Anyone knows of a better way to get these air pockets out?

yeah that's actually the cleanest way to do it. the nice spill proof funnels lock on to the radiator like a radiator cap. just fill ti up about 1/3 way and reve the engine up and down and it will burp it self.

someone on freshalloy mentioned jacking up the front of the car so the radiator car is at the highest point in the pressure system. then remove the radiator cap and turn the car on and leave it running so it eliminates the air out of the system. not sure if this works though.
