im almost done boostin my internally stock d15b vtec. running tiall 38mm with .6 bar spring / 8.7 psi.
im not going to be near 300hp. so you shouldn't run into any problems. my friend had his done and no porblems at 8 psi. check www.honda-tech.com mucho info
