I worked on a f22 once, I rebuilt it, but when I tried to start it, it wouldn't fire up, so, I pulled the car with my SUV around the block in 2nd gear with the ignition on and giving it a little gas, after a couple laps the engine started. My point is that when you don't start the car for a while it takes a lot to start it. If you don't want to do this, then just keep cranking it up until it starts, you will drain 3 or 4 batteries. If you did everything right, then I recommend you use the pulling technique. I've gone through the same problem 3 times, and pulling the car worked, so you know that I'm not making this up.
